Chinese Super League club Shanghai Shenhua has offered Manchester United Loanee Odion Ighalo Two-Year Contract Extension which would tie the player to the club until 2024. The contract extension offered by the parent club of Ighalo worth over £400,000 per week.

Ighalo’s current contract with the club would expire in December 2022. But he would not be in a hurry to extend his ties with the Chinese club as he is expecting that the English Premier League side where he has been on loan at since January would offer him a permanent contract.

Recall that the dream move of Ighalo to Manchester United has been one of the most talked-about moves in the world of soccer in 2020 despite being a loan deal. Since he joined the Red Devils during the January transfer window, the Nigerian striker has become more or less a good omen at the club.
