Juventus player, Paulo Dybala told his fellow Bianconeri teammates that there is little love for him in South American country. Cristiano Ronaldo is currently hailed for being the most popular person on earth had reached a total of about 210 million followers on Instagram. One would have thought that the Portuguese man is accepted in virtually all places in the world.

However, contrary to that belief, Dybala has revealed to Ronaldo football lovers in Argentina who don’t love the Portuguese man simply because he is a potential rival to their countryman, Lionel Messi. Ronaldo and Messi are the two most competitive being on earth, the duo has been rivals for more than a decade. Their competition becomes a fierce one when Cristiano Ronaldo moved to La Liga in 2009 after he signed a contract with Real Madrid.

Basically, the entire La Liga competition is between Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. Before now, there has never been a competition that is so fierce and long-lasting like the one between Messi and Ronaldo. Meanwhile, Ronaldo’s move to Juventus has put a temporary stop to the rivalry between the two stars, however, the debate about who is the best between them still continues.

Dybala stated while speaking with Argentinian Football Association that he told Ronaldo that they do not like him in South America. In his words: “I said to him, ‘Cristiano, in Argentina, we hate you a bit because of your figure, because of how you are, of how you walk. The truth is that you’ve surprised me because I’ve found you to be different.”

Paulo Dybala is one of the very few players to be opportune to play with Messi and Ronaldo. Dybala seemed to have issues getting perfect playing time in Argentina national team due to the fact that he and Lionel Messi plays the same role. He explained that Cristiano Ronaldo has changed his perception of him since they became teammates in Juventus.

It would be recalled that Paulo Dybala was earlier this month tested positive for the novel Covid-19 but has announced that he has recovered from the virus.
