Rafael Leao Lifts Lid On Future Amid Interest From Arsenal, Chelsea and Paris Saint Germain

    Rafael Leao has given an insight into his future at AC Milan, indicating that he is “happy” at the San Siro side.

    Leao has been outstanding for the Rossoneri since moving to the club in the summer of 2019.

    Rafael Leao was pivotal to AC Milan winning the Serie A during the 2021/22 season and he has remained magnificent for the club.

    He is known for his hearty countenance and happy gesture whilst playing, as he is always pictured smiling whilst on the field of play.

    The Portuguese looks delighted to be donning the colors of AC Milan, a club that has had several greats wear its shirt, including; Ronaldinho Gaucho, Clarence Seedorf, and Paolo Maldini.

    Anyway, Leao joined the Rossoneri from Lille on August 1, 2019, for a fee of €49.5 million.

    The 24-year-old has netted 54 goals and provided 48 assists in 200 appearances for AC Milan across all competitions.

    Rafael Leao began his professional career at boyhood club Sporting Lisbon, and he made 5 appearances for the side, scoring 2 goals and providing 1 assist, before moving to France on August 8, 2018, for a fee of €20.2 million.

    Meanwhile, AC Milan sit 2nd on the Serie A log with 65 points, 11 points behind rivals Inter Milan, who sit at the summit of the table with 76 points.

    The Rossoneri are aiming to win silverware this term, and the only feasible option appears to be through the Europa League, where they have a date with AS Roma in the last 8.
