Pertinent to note, there was a one-year contract renewal clause attached to the three-year deal but the French talismani striker is at liberty to trigger or call it quit.
Meanwhile, it is understood the highly-rated youngster is seemingly fed up with PSG’s failed attempts on the European stage which in itself is limiting to the youngster.

Deepening tensions after exit letter

PSG table €1billion offer
Defensa Central Sports reports Kylian Mbappe has been offered a lifetime unbelievable contract worth €1billion and €100million every year. According to Forbes, the proposed offer is the biggest sports contract in history.
The offer will see Mbappe stay at PSG for the next 10 years until 2034 when he will be roughly 34 years old. By then, Mbappe would have been on the twilights of his career and considering retiring from the game.
Why Mbappe turned down the offer
Mbappe has reportedly turned down the offer and is eyeing a move away from the club. While his decision to turn down the offer may come as a shock to many, it is understood the prolific forward is no longer motivated by money but a winning project that will elevate his career and help him close the trophy gap with some of the biggest names in football.
He is ready to leave the club – a decision he said he had communicated to the club since 2022 hence could not be swayed by the offer.
PSG have dropped him from their preseason tour, asking him to train with the likes of Draxler, Pareses, Wijnaldun, who are considered out of the PSG project.
