Manchester United forward, Marcus Rashford can’t wait for his fellow English player Jadon Sancho to leave Borussia Dortmund for the Red Devils.

The 22-year-old England International has already started imagining having 20-year-old Sancho on the wings of Manchester United when the season resumes.

Sancho moved to Borussia Dortmund from Manchester City in an £8m deal in the 2017 summer transfer window.

Within a short period, the talented player established himself as a regular in the German Bundesliga side.

In the outgoing season alone, Sancho has scored 14 goals and has made 15 assists for Borussia Dortmund.

His magnificent performance has made him a hot cake in the transfer market and his current club is ready to cash in and make an unbelievable profit from a player that joined the club three years ago for just £8m.

From all indications, the most likely destination for the English youngster is the red side of Manchester. He is the major target of the Old Trafford side.

Though Liverpool is in the running to sign the fast-paced footballer, Anfield may not be able to match the amount of money Manchester United is ready to put on the table for the youngster.

There are reports that Manchester United is ready to break Paul Pogba’s £89m transfer record for a Premier League player as the club is likely to spend over £100m to bring Sancho back to England.

If the deal scales through, Jadon Sancho will be one of the highest-paid players in the Premier League as he is likely to earn around £200,000 a week.

The money Manchester United will splash on Sancho is not Rashford‘s problem. The player believes that the youngster is on the road to being a world-class football star and he will be a great addition to Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s team.

“It would be good, Sancho is a great player and he is like a new generation player,” Rashford said.

“It’s definitely exciting to watch him become the player he’s becoming.

“Hopefully we can all play together, that would be good.

“He plays off the cuff, he’s creative and imaginative, these are the things you need to be world-class.”
