Inter Milan have completed the signing of Chilean legend Alexis Sanchez on a free transfer.
Sanchez has signed a one-year deal with the Nerazzurri, which is valid until June 30, 2024.
Confirming his arrival to the Guissepe Meazza, Inter Milan put out a statement which reads:
“The Chilean forward has signed a contract with the Nerazzurri until 30 June 2024.”

Sanchez is the 6th signing for Simone Inzaghi’s side this summer, having signed Kristjan Asllani, Yann Bisseck, Yann Sommer, Francesco Acerbi and Davide Frattesi.
The 34-year-old is making a return to Inter Milan, having left the club at the end of the 2021/22 season.
He made 44 appearances for Olympique Marseille in his one-season stay at the club, scoring 18 goals and providing 3 assists across all competitions.
In his first stint at Milan, Alexis Sanchez made 109 appearances for the Nerazzurri, scoring 20 goals and providing 23 assists across all competitions.
Sanchez also had a successful spell in his first spell at the club, winning several trophies, namely; 1 Serie A title, 1 Coppa Italia, and 1 Supercoppa Italiana.
The Chile international also shared his reason for joining Inter Milan, indicating that he is always success-driven.

He said: “I think everyone knows Inter is such a huge club here in Italy, and Champions League runners-up.
“I always want success in my career, and to be part of top teams, which is what Inter are, and have been in the past, so I would like to achieve more success here”.
Simone Inzaghi’s side commenced the 2023/24 season on a winning note, defeating AC Monza by 2-0.
The 19-time Italian top-division champions travel to the capital of Sardinia, Italy to play Cagliari in their second game of the Serie A season.
The Nerazzurri currently sit 6th in the Serie A with 3 points, level on points with teams from 1st to 8th, obviously, due to only one game played in the Serie A this term.
Alexis Sanchez will be looking to complement the attack of Inter Milan, teaming up with Marko Arnautovic, Marcus Thuram, Lautaro Martinez, and Eddie Salcedo.
La Beneamata are aiming to wrestle the Serie A title off defending champions Napoli, who currently sit 3rd in the league.
Meanwhile, Inter Milan are looking to make more attacking additions to the club this summer, and they have reportedly made contact with Arsenal regarding signing Folarin Balogun.
Balogun scored 22 goals and provided 3 assists in 39 appearances for French club Stade Reims.
However, it appears AS Monaco have beaten them in the race for the 22-year-old as he is reportedly edging closer to joining the French outfit.
Meanwhile, Alexis Sanchez has made 155 appearances for Chile, scoring 51 goals and providing 41 assists across all competitions.
Supporters of the Nerazzurri would be hoping that he can bring his massive experience and attacking quality to the club.
