While the Englishman has been making quite an impact at the club, the Bundesliga giants are on their way to making massive sales of their star striker shirt sales record.

Kane joined Bayern Munich for a record deal of €100 million (£87m/$109m) during the summer window after spending all his life at Premier League side Tottenham.

The former Spurs man already adapted to life at Bayern, scoring three career hattricks at the club and also a record-breaking 21 goals in just 16 appearances for the club.

However, Harry Kane is not just making waves on the pitch for the club at the moment, he is also helping the club generate revenue from his marketing appeal.

In the weekend that Harry Kane completed his move to Bayern Munich, the club saw massive sales of No.9 with his name on it which amounted to 20,000.

The Bundesliga giants had their best day ever on the front of the general sale when Kane was announced, surpassing their previous record following their Champions League victory in 2020 – that achievement stood alone as a record.

However, according to Kicker, the club anticipates making over 100,000 Kane jerseys before Christmas and with the way they sold during his announcement, it is looking feasible.

To put this into perspective, no player in Bayern’s history has ever achieved those numbers, and Kane is likely to shatter those records following his good start at the club.

The Bundesliga champions announced revenue of €110m (£96m/$120m) from merchandising for the 2022-23 season, and these figures will surely rise now that they have Kane around.

Kane is a prolific goalscorer with strong link-up play, and he is regarded as one of the best strikers in the world.

The Englishman is both Tottenham Hotspur’s and England’s all-time highest goalscorer, as well as being the second-highest Premier League goalscorer of all time.

Regarded as one of the best strikers of his age, Harry Kane started his football career with Ridgeway Rovers in 1999.
