England captain Harry Kane has been in massive form since joining the Bundesliga giants and has now bagged 12 goals in 9 matches.

This feat saw the Englishman become the first player to hit 15+ goal involvements in the top five leagues this season with 12 goals and 5 assists.

The former Tottenham attacker broke the deadlock after a first half that saw three red cards issued, before adding two more goals.

Leroy Sane and Jamal Musiala both scored braces before Thomas Muller rounded it up to leave Darmstadt humiliated at Allianz Arena.

Harry Kane took advantage of Marcel Schuhen as he came off his line as he launched the ball over the Darmstadt goalkeeper’s head.

Just like Jude Bellingham is making the news in Spain with his brace against Barca in the El Clasico, Harry Kane is doing same in Germany.

The match also saw the return of Bayern and Germany goalkeeper Manuel Neuer after a long leg injury since he broke his leg while skiing in December 2022.

With the mauling of Darmstadt, it means Bayern Munich is one point top of the league but could lose that should Leverkusen beat Freiburg on Sunday.

Kane-led Bayern are set to face their Bundesliga’s biggest rival Borussia Dortmund next weekend.

The demolishing of Darmstadt by Harry Kane and his teammates means the club are in 14th place, two points off relegation zone.

Harry Kane has enjoyed a dream start at Bayern Munich since he made a big money move from Tottenham in the summer.

Despite topping the scoring charts in most of his season with Spurs, he failed to help the London team win any trophy.

Since his departure, Spurs have been in massive form in the Premier League, keeping a winning start and topping the league with 5 points.

One would think that Kane was the issue at Tottenham while others will want to ascribe the recent Spurs’ good form to new manager Ange Postecoglou.

Recall we reported that Harry Kane bagged his first Bundesliga hattrick as Bayern Munich thrashed Bochum 7-0 on Saturday, 23rd September 2023.

Harry Kane also set a new record for Bayern in October which saw him set a club record of scoring 9 goals in his first 8 German Bundesliga matches.

Speaking on becoming the fastest Bayern Munich player to score 9 goals in a season, Kane said: “I enjoy playing in this team because I know I’m going to get some chances.”

“We know there’s a long way to go but everything’s going really well.”

Harry Kane joined Bayern Munich from Tottenham Hotspur on August 12, 2023, for a fee of €95 million and has been proving his worth since then.
