Antoine Griezmann moved back to Atletico Madrid in July 2023, for a fee of €22 million and his current contract with the club runs until June 30, 2026.
Griezmann began his professional career at Real Sociedad in 2009, having joined the youth set-up of the club in 2005.
The France international moved to the Spanish capital on June 28, 2014, joining Atletico Madrid for a fee of €30 million.
He was subsequently signed by Barcelona for a staggering fee of €120 million on July 14, 2019, before being loaned back to Los Colchoneros in August 2021 for a fee of €10 million.
Antoine Griezmann has made 693 club career appearances, scoring 268 goals and providing 119 assists across all competitions.
Internationally, Griezmann has made 127 appearances for France, scoring 44 goals and providing 38 assists.
Griezmann, who was born in Macon, France, has won several trophies in his career, including; 1 FIFA World Cup, 1 UEFA Europa League, and 1 UEFA Nations League.
