    Head coach of Manchester United, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer motivates his players to boost against the Premier League’s “lesser teams”. Solskjaer insists that United should also win over small league clubs.

    Though, United won Tottenham to ruin Jose Mourinho’s straight wins after his appointment, rising to four. And, they remarkably beat home rivals Manchester City in just four days gap. 

    The Red Devils also beat Chelsea 4-0 on their first game of the Premier League this season. Besides, they are the only team that has gotten a point through 1-1 draw with leaders Liverpool this season.

    Though, they are now fifth with five points behind the Blues who are fourth on the table. Their big wins brought them this far.

    Still, Solskjaer’s squad record draw match with Arsenal and two more struggling teams Southampton and Aston Villa. Then, lost to two teams in the bottom six of the Premier League.

    Now, looking up to their next league game against Everton in the bottom-half alongside Watford and Burnley. The Norwegian says the Red Devils should improve their mental status to keep their wins. 

    “If it’s a mental thing, then we can sort it out,” he said, according to several British newspapers. “We’ll work with the mentality of the boys,” he said. 

    Solskjaer continues ”We never gave points away against the lesser teams, the not-so-good teams. The Premier League is difficult – if you don’t have that mentality you won’t get results.”

    Further, the United head coach appreciates the effort of Jesse Lingard in their wins against the Spurs and City. Saying that he is happy to see the 27-year-old attacking midfielder back to his form.

    Solskjaer insists United should also win over small League clubs. While the active form of his forwards and his entire team has been the reason for their triumphs.
