    Tottenham Hotspurs was way ahead of West Ham United by 3 goals but they couldn’t get the job down and fans are now wondering if Jose Mourinho will ever win any trophy with Tottenham.

    Jose Mourinho’s players showed up and gave their best, they scored very fast in the game and were up by 3 goals before the first half. The game looked like a guaranteed win until things changed, as West Ham surged back to earn one point. Also, they almost stole the game.

    As you can see, Tottenham scored their 3rd goal by the 16th minute of the match and they were on their way to earning the easiest 3 points of the season. Sadly, they were unlucky and also, West Ham United was spectacular and they came back to tie the match with goals from Fabián Balbuena and Manuel Lanzini. Davidson Sanchez’s own goal at the 85th minute also helped West Ham to prevent Spurs from winning the match.  

    Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min were fantastic, they played well but for some reason, Jose couldn’t manage the team to victory.

    “My guys were not strong enough to cope with it psychologically,” Jose Mourinho told Sky Sports after the match. “The last few seconds we lost two points.

    “I told them to be aware of set-pieces against, which we knew they were very strong. David found in Soucek his new Fellaini. They fought very hard to be lucky, so I praise them.

    “This is a game that was in the pocket and we lost two points.”

    Tottenham Striker Son Heung-Min addressed the press after the match,

    “We should remember this feeling forever so it never happens again,” Son told BBC Sport after the game.

    “It is just so sad that we lost a big two points when we as a collective played so well and as a team dominated and controlled the game, to draw the game feels like we lost.”

    Garreth Bale, Tottenham’s new signing played in the second half but he was unable to add any value to Tottenham’s offense. The match ended in a draw and now Spurs are scrambling for how to not suffer another no trophy season.

    Mourinho also added a jab at West Ham, Jose Mourinho: West Ham lucky to draw; David Moyes has found his ‘new Marouane Fellaini’ in Tomas Soucek.
