The heroines of Spain at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup were treated to a special celebratory party in their home country.

The triumphant women enjoyed a soothing time on a yacht and they also had fun participating in watersports.

La Roja defeated England by 1-0 in the final of the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, to become World Champions in their history.

Spain became the first nation to win the World Cup at both male and female levels, and it was done similarly.

The men’s national team of Spain defeated the Netherlands by 1-0 in the 2010 FIFA Women’s World Cup final courtesy of a goal by Andres Iniesta.

In 2023, Olga Carmona’s goal was the decider which gave the women’s team the World Cup title in Australia.

However, this heroic feat has seemingly been tainted by the scandal involving the Spanish FA president Luis Rubiale, and World Cup star Jenni Hermoso.

Rubiale kissed Hermoso on the lips as the record scorer picked up her winner’s medal, following the expiration of the encounter.

Jennifer Hermoso was the most lively in the party, as she took a dip with an inflatable, while accompanying teammates paddled in a dinghy.

The former Barcelona attacker also went boarding, relishing an enjoyable day in Spain.

The Spanish women received a royal welcome on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, as they received a lot of fanfare.

The jaw-dropping Spanish women also went ashore at a beach, appearing like delighted day-trippers rather than footballers who just achieved a monstrous feat.

Olga Carmona has probably had a week filled with a potpourri of emotions, having learnt about the death of her father after helping Spain clinched the World Cup title.

However, Spain’s stars wore winning smiles as they looked to be in lovely harmony, less than a year after 15 players refused to play under Jorge Vilda.

Spain had been told to let go of Jorge Vilda as he wasn’t in the good books of football-loving fans of the country.

However, Luis Rubiale stuck to his guts as he kept fate with manager Jorge Vilda, and his trust in the Spaniard finally paid off.

The majority of the 15 players who refused to play under Vilda were taken to the World Cup, as only three were handed national team call-ups.

World-beaters like Barcelona trio Mapi Leon, Patri Guijarro, and Claudia Pina weren’t handed call-ups, and other players stepped up to the big occasion.

Their determination and resolute nature gave them the tournament, as they achieved glory in only their fourth appearance at the mundial.
