Sergio Ramos wrote a message to the goalkeeper that reads; “Football is as wonderful as the people put you on your path, my friend, brother, you opened the doors of your home to make us feel yours, you accompanied us at all times, and together we continued to build special memories, and the ones to come, all the best in this new stage, Mea, we’ll miss you dearly but we’ll always be close”.
Keylor Navas joined Real Madrid in the summer of 2014 from Levante and he became successful after joining the Spain capital, winning many honors including the FIFA World Club cup, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super League, and La Liga.

In the summer of 2021, Sergio Ramos signed a free move with Paris Saint-Germain from Real Madrid, after Navas had done so two years earlier.
The duo enjoyed life together at Real Madrid winning almost every trophy available with the Spanish powerhouse.
But life was different for them when they transferred to Paris with Ramos facing injuries and Navas becoming the second choice goalkeeper.
According to reports, the ambitious Saudi Arabia club eyed a move for the out of favor Paris Saint Germain goalkeeper who has 17 months left on his existing contract with the French club, but he chose to have a taste of the Premier League.
What’s next for Navas and Nottingham Forest?
The veteran keeper is in line to make his Premier League debut for the Reds when Nottingham Forest take on Leeds United at the City Ground on Sunday, 5th of February, 2023.
During the most critical points of the season, Navas’ composure, experience, and ability to win games might be invaluable for Nottingham Forest who are currently struggling in the Premier League.
