    Leandro Paredes gave a blunt reply when asked about rumors of tension in the PSG dressing room. Leandro Paredes, who is currently on loan at Juventus, left Parc Des Princes amid rumors of tension in the PSG dressing room after Kylian Mbappe’s mega deal.

    Before Paredes’s departure to Juventus on a season-long loan deal, reports of face-off and row in the PSG dressing room began to emerge.

    The deep row was linked to PSG’s talisman, Kylian Mbappe, who penned down a mega deal with Al Nasser Khelaifa, extending his stay at the club.

    Neymar grabbed the ball and refused to allow Mbappe take the second penalty as he went on to convert the spot kick with Mbappe obviously furious.

    Details of dressing room brawls between the two was to emerge later with a report saying that the two stars had nearly exchanged blows in the PSG dressing room if not for the intervention of former Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos.

    After the incident during the Montpellier game, Neymar further stoked flames of conflict when he went on to like the post canvassing for Mbappe to be stripped of his role as first-choice penalty taker.

    Although Christoph Galtier later convened a meeting and reportedly reconciled the two, Neymar’s response after being asked about his relationship with Mbappe after a friendly match with Ghana points to the opposite.

    “I had a connection with the ones I had a relationship with.

    “But the ones I didn’t have a relationship with, I can’t tell you about them.”

    Leandro Paredes, 28, joined Juventus in the summer on loan in a deal that includes a £20.2million option to buy.

    After nine matches with the Italian giants, he has amassed 2 assists and has reiterated his priority on helping his new team Juventus.

    Leandro Daniel Paredes, known shortly as Paredes, is a defensive midfielder plying his trade at Serie A giants Juventus, on loan from Paris Saint Germain.

    Born on 29 June 1994 in San Justo, Argentina, Leandro Paredes plays for the Argentina national team.

    Paredes started his football career playing for Boca Juniors youth team for eight years in 2002. He joined the main team in 2010 and made 28 appearances, scoring 5 goals.

    While at Boca Junior, he was loaned to Chievo and Roma in Italy before permanently signing as a Roma player in 2015.

    While at Roma, he was loaned to Empoli before he joined Zenith Saint Petersburg in 2017.

    After two years with Zenith Saint Petersburg, Paredes signed for PSG in 2019. He has made 72 appearances for the Ligue 1 giants, scoring two goals.

    Leandro Paredes is currently on loan to Juventus. He has made 45 appearances for Argentina national team and has scored 4 goals since making his debut in 2017.

    Paredes has won the French Ligue 1, Coup de La Ligue, Coup De France, and Trophes des Champions – all with PSG and Copa America with Brazil national team.
