    Nottingham Forest secured a 1-1 draw at home against Burnley after new signing Callum Hudson-Odoi scored his first goal for the team.

    Nottingham Forest were on hand to deny Burnley their first win of the season after Lyle Foster had a lae strike ruled out.

    The striker was already celebrating after he thought he had earned his side all three points in the second half, but VAR said no.

    It was captured by the Video Assistant Referee that Burnley’s Sander Berge deliberately handled the ball during the build-up.

    Forest were dominant in the game for the first 20 minutes but could only create on chance, with James Trafford halting that effort.

    However, it did not end there as there was a massive late drama in the match, the home team saw their goal ruled out.

    This was as a result of Sander Berge handling the ball during the build-up and this was spotted by VAR.

    There was a long VAR check as referee Rob Jones was sent to check on the monitor, but the goal was eventually canceled.

    There was no doubt that Berge intentionally handled the ball, but with the TV footage, it looked like there was minimal contact.

    Callum Hudson-Odoi, wh joined Nottingham forest from Chelsea on a permanent deal was named man of the match in the game.
