Paris Saint Germain (PSG) winger Neymar Jr is back in training after a lengthy time out in the treatment room and he was seen in footage relishing his return.
Neymar picked up a knock in February and he was ruled out for the remainder of the 2022/23 season due to an ankle injury.
He had to undergo a surgery to sort out his disjointed ankle ligaments and that resulted in his lengthy time out.
The 31-year-old, who has been linked to several clubs this summer also had impressive numbers for PSG last term.
He made 29 appearances in the 2022/23 season, scoring 18 goals and providing 17 assists across all competitions.
Neymar shared a video on Instagram detailing his return to action as he gears up for the upcoming season with needed training preparations.

The Brazilian expressed his delight at returning to training as he captioned the post with: “Happy to be back”.
Neymar, 31, has been linked with a lucrative move to Saudi Arabia as Al Hilal reportedly tabled a staggering offer for him.
He has also been linked with a return to Barcelona and a move to the Premier League, given his known desire to play in the league.
The former Santos attacker will be looking to better his output in the midst of steaming rage from Paris Saint Germain fans over his performances.

During the previous season, infuriated PSG supporters were outside his house in Paris displaying their anger vehemently.
They feel he hasn’t given enough to the side, following his high-profile €222 million move from Barcelona in 2017.
Neymar has scored 118 goals and provided 77 assists in 173 appearances for the Parisians.
However, in spite of this beaming statistics, they haven’t been able to win the elusive UEFA Champions League title.
The upcoming season might be another time to battle for that coveted trophy, but he might be spearheading PSG’s charge without lethal Frenchman Kylian Mbappe.
Both are reportedly not in good terms, but it is undeniable the influence the pair can have on the course of a game.
PSG has been busy in the transfer market
Paris Saint Germain have also been really busy in the transfer market, making needed reinforcements that could help strengthen their squad.
They have signed Marco Asensio, Manuel Ugarte, Milan Skriniar, Lucas Hernandez, Kang-in Lee and Cher Ndour so far this summer.
Luis Enrique has also been appointed as manager of the Paris based club and he has previously won the Champions League title, winning it with Barcelona in 2015.
Depending on how the Spaniard sets up his side, they might have a great chance at winning the competition.
They would also have learnt a thing or two from Manchester City’s Champions League success last term and they might be spurred to achieve a similar feat.
Additionally, Neymar will be hoping to avoid actions that will anger the hierarchy of Paris Saint Germain.
Remember that he missed the club’s Ligue 1 trophy celebrations in order to be at the Monaco Grand Prix and that reportedly angered the club.
