With 159 goals and assist in 254 Premier League appearances, Drogba held the record, but Mo Salah has now surpassed his former Chelsea teammate with 160 goals and assist in 72 less outings.
Salah now ranks first among the most prolific African players to play in the Premier League, raising the issue of how far he can go.

He has 152 goals in his 234 games since joining Liverpool from AS Roma in 2017.
He has now surpassed former Liverpool player Harry Chambers, who has 151 goals, into the top ten goal scorers in the club’s history.
