Kevin de Bruyne and wife Michele Lacroix have announced that they are expecting another child, she shared a picture on her Instagram page with a tag “Baby girl, not long till you’re here.” So we don’t have to guess the baby’s gender.
Michele Lacroix, 26, is originally from Gent, Belgium, and a graduate of the University of Hasselt in Belgium. The stunning model shares photos of most of her work on Instagram and family photos. She worked as a promotion agent with a firm in Belgium.
The two got together in 2014 after Kevin’s relationship with his ex-hit rock bottom after a series of scandals between the lovers.
De Bruyne revealed in an interview the influence she had on him.
“She helped me grow in ways that I’ve probably never expressed out loud — even to her,”
“It started with a tweet. I only had a few thousand followers at the time, because
I was still on loan at Werder Bremen. So I tweeted something about a match or
whatever, and this pretty girl favorited it.”
Michele Lacroix is a popular figure on Instagram with over 250,000 followers, she gave birth to their first child in March 2016, Mason Milian De Bruyne, while their second son Rome De Bruyne was born in October 2018. While they officially got married in 2017 at a lavish ceremony in Italy.
Lacroix is known to attend some of her husband’s matches often as she was also on hand to take pictures with Kevin and their son when Man City won their last Premier League title.
