Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp signs a new five-year contract extension with Liverpool on Friday. He will, however, remain with Merseyside until 2024.
The German has been a great strength for the club and sees the new agreement as another height for the Reds. He claims his stay at Anfield will enhance the development of the team.
Klopp has overseen an endless growth since joining the club in 2015. Initially, making them top-four regulars before creating a bigger platform and reviving the supporters’ faith in Liverpool’s ability.
The Reds now rise to challenge major honors and earning them huge respect across Europe with the influence of Klopp. Recent rumors have it that no one is willing to face the team due to its current form.
Though, the Reds were beaten in both the EFL Cup and Europa League finals in the manager’s introductory season. But they have advanced vastly from there till the present time.

The club has been a regular Champions League finalists for two consecutive years. In 2017/18, Real Madrid beat Liverpool in their first final since 2006/07. While returning the second year to win the crown with 2-0 victory against Tottenham.
The victory over the Spurs in June led Liverpool to become the Europe champions for the sixth time.
Also, in 2018/19, Klopp missed the first top-flight championship run since 1989/90. And a chance to win the Premier League title with a point behind the champions Manchester City. But the Reds are on the race to put that right this term.
Klopp’s side now sits at the top of the league table with 15 wins and just one draw after 16 games. And are eight points ahead of the second Leicester City, then 14 points clear of the defending champions.
The squad is still maintaining its unbeaten tally for this season. Klopp says all of the focus should not be on him, as he, yet, appreciates the sporting director Michael Edwards.
Klopp’s assistants Peter Krawietz and Pepijn Lijnders have also received contracts extension until 2024.
Moreover, he just won the Premier League manager of the month.
