Jurgen Klopp has been filmed fuming at Liverpool supporters who asked the Germain manager to sign an autograph.
The English Premier League club are currently playing pre-season matches in Singapore and on Wednesday, 2nd of August, 2023, the Reds suffered a last-match defeat at the hand of Bayern Munich on a score of 4-3.
The current Germain Bundesliga winners snatched the triumph from the grasp of the Premier League outfit, with Josip Stanisic scoring in the 80th minute of play to balance the scores at 3-3.
In the 91st minute of the game, 20-year-old star Frans Kratzig slammed a shot from outside the penalty area to see the Merseyside team concede the loss in the closing seconds of the game.
It was actually the second time in the contest that Liverpool allowed the lead to slip, and Bayern Munich went on to win the Singapore Trophy.
A video of the manager getting off the English Premier League team bus and strolling over to sign a few autographs for a few Liverpool supporters has since been shared on social media.
Jurgen Klopp, the former Borussia Dortmund head coach was seen angry with the team’s fans asking him to sign an autograph.
The one-time UEFA Champions League winning coach was seen in the video walking over to fans and can be understood saying; “Very quick. I don’t have time actually”.
While Jurgen Klopp is about to autograph a Liverpool shirt that has been handed to him by the fans, they appeared to drop it.
Klopp staring at them perplexed as the fans drop the jersey, the 56-year-old manager said, “And you have to hold the f**ing shirt”.
The supporters replied ‘Sorry Klopp”.
This is not the first time that the Reds manager will lose his cool with Liverpool fans.
The last one came when a fan slipped into Andy Robertson when Liverpool defeated Manchester United in the Premier League match on the 5th of March, 2023.
What happened?
Liverpool thrashed Manchester United by 7 goals to nil, as Roberto Firmino scored the seventh and final goal sending the fans into a celebration mood.
During the game, a fan was seen approaching the field and bumped into Robertson, raising burdens that the left back would be hurt
The Scotland international was able to make it through the last few minutes and enjoy the adulation of the Anfield crowd at the sound of the final whistle.
Jurgen Klopp noticed the scenario and was quick to raise his voice at the fan before the stewards persuaded him off the pitch.
What’s next for Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool?
The Reds will return to Anfield in the coming week in time for their next pre-season match against SV Darmstadt 98, which will take place at Deepdale on August 7.
However, on Sunday, August 13, they will play their first Premier League match of the new season away at Chelsea, but Klopp will have a lot to think about beforehand.
