    Spain female footballer, Jennifer Hermoso, was at the center of a row over alleged sexual assault during 2023 FIFA World Cup.

    Hermoso accused former Spanish Football Federation President, Luis Rubiales, of forcing a wanton kiss on her as he celebrated the World Cup winning squad.

    The former Barcelona forward is not the only female footballer that has spoken out against sexual assault.
