Liverpool’s right-winger, Harvey Elliott was forced to drag Mason Greenwood in the mud on social media after a Manchester United fan accused him of having more women than the number of goals he has scored.
The comment infuriated Harvey Elliott to the extent he decided to drag all Manchester United fans and indirectly referred to Mason Greenwood’s sexual assault scandal.
Elliott who joined Liverpool Under-23 from Fulham Under-18 on July 28, 2019, for just €1.70 million insisted via his social media comment that he has been dating one girlfriend, Alicia Perry since 2021.
Harvey Elliott went as far as calling the entire Manchester United fans clueless, urging them to focus on things that concern them.
The 18-year-old right-winger also went as far as saying that he has been taking good care of Perry unlike “some” which is believed to be a direct jab at Mason Greenwood who has been battling a rape and sexual assault scandal since his girlfriend, Harriet Robson, came out to allege that Greenwood sexually assaulted her.
Elliott wrote: “On the same girl since last year bro you United fans are all the same no clue about anything… however I do know how to treat them right unlike some so focus on your ting my g.”
Greenwood’s sexual assault scandal has forced him to lose all his endorsement deals and forced him to spend days in police custody before he was granted bail.
Due to the scandal, Manchester United had to suspend the 20-year-old out of favor England international indefinitely.
For over a month now, Mason Greenwood has not made any public appearance as he continues to obey his bail conditions while an investigation into the scandal continues.
Unfortunately for the football star, his bail terms will expire on April 30, 2022, which means that he could return to prison if the court fails to extend the bail terms.
Despite the plight Mason Greenwood has been going through since the first week of February 2022, Harvey Elliott decided to make fun of Greenwood’s predicament.
