Gerard Pique took to his Instagram account to share a lovely image of himself and his new girlfriend Clara Chia Martí.
From the image, it looked like the couple was having a vacation hangout as the background looked more like a bamboo-made house.
In the image one can see Gerard Pique without a shirt whilst Clara Chia wore a dark grey colored shirt as they posed for a shot.
Gerard Pique has been left alone in the Spanish city with his partner Clara Chia since his ex-wife Beyonce left Barcelona in April.
Gerard Pique seems to be enjoying his life with his 23-year-old girlfriend with no more Shakira to chase after in Barcelona, looking for reactions or paparazzi photos.
Pique was seen kissing Clara Chia in Andorra on same day that Shakira, Milan and Sasha left in a private jet to Miami.
The new couple were reportedly accompanied by Gerard’s parents to attend the game between Andorra and Malaga.
The duo have been showing that their relationship is going well and strong months after Shakira and Pique’s break-up was made official amidst rumors of his infidelity.
Their relationship is termed to be natural and out of the press as possible, due to her significant smaller media profile than that of Shakira.
Gerard Pique
Gerard Piqué Bernabeu is a Spanish former footballer who was born on 2 February 1987 and played as a centre-back.
Piqué is seen as one of the best defenders of all time due to his tackling, ability to withstand pressure, and triumphs in his overall career.
The Spaniard was initially a talented student athlete at La Masia, and he began his professional career with Manchester United in 2004.
He returned to Barcelona in 2008 under Pep Guardiola’s leadership and helped the club win trebles in 2008–09 and 2014–15.
He is one of only four players to have won the UEFA Champions League two years in a row with different teams, the others being Marcel Desailly, Paulo Sousa and Samuel Eto’o.
Gerard Pique also featured 102 times for Spain after making his debut on 11 February 2009.
He played a vital role on the Spanish teams that won the 2010 FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro 2012.
He retired from the national team after the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Clara Chia
Though not much is known about Clara Chia because she literally keeps everything about her private, we have a thing or two to share about her.
Clara is a 23-year-old public relations student from Spain who works at Kosmos – Pique’s sports and entertainment production company.
She also helps with event organizing and it is believed that Pique first met the young lady there.
Marti has kept the details of her private life away from the public since being linked to the former Spanish football player.
Although she has an Instagram account, the page is on private and only has five posts and about 175 followers, one of which is Piqué.
Piqué shared a photo of himself and Marti on Instagram on Jan. 25, 2023 thereby announcing their love together.
Why Did Shakira And Gerard Pique Break Up?
Gerard Pique and Shakira shok their respective fans after they announced that they have decided to go their separate ways after 12 years of togetherness.
On June 4, 2022, the one-time beautiful couple gave an official statement to Reuters saying, “We regret to confirm that we are separating.”
“For the wellbeing of our children, who are our highest priority, we ask that you respect their privacy,” the announcement added.
Shakira and Gerard Pique never officially revealed the reason for their separation but in an interview Shakira addressed the sudden break up.
Breaking silence after they parted ways, she said: “Oh, this is really hard to talk about personally, especially as this is the first time I’ve ever addressed this situation in an interview.”
“I’ve remained quiet and just tried to process it all. Um, and yeah, it’s hard to talk about it, especially because I’m still going through it, and because I’m in the public eye and because our separation is not like a regular separation. And so it’s been tough not only for me but also for my kids. Incredibly difficult.”
