Netherland International, Georginio Wijnaldum met with Ghana’s National Chief Imam, Sheik Osman Nuhu Sharabutu and he was excited seeing the spiritual leader.
Wijnaldum was in Ghana with fellow compatriot Memphis Depay for an off-season break, after a highly competitive season with their clubs.
The 32-year-old spent the last two seasons in Italy on loan at AS Roma, having joined Paris Saint Germain from Liverpool in the summer of 2021.
