Gabriel Martinelli Signed a New Long Term Deal With Arsenal Valid Until 2027

Arsenal star Gabriel Martinelli has penned a new long-term deal with Arsenal that will see him stay in North London until the summer of 2027. 

Martinelli’s previous contract was expected to end next campaign.

The Brazilian has enjoyed a stellar performance in the Premier League this season, scoring seven goals and two assists in 19 matches to help Arsenal stay on top of the table at the half of the season.

Gabriel Martinelli has scored 25 goals in 111 matches for Arsenal in all competitions since joining the club in July 2019. He joined Arsenal from a Brazilian team named Ituano.

Arteta had been heavily criticized for having faith in starting Martinelli in recent matches, but the Spanish manager has put all his trust in Martinelli, and the winger has never failed the manager.

However, Arsenal still have to focus on contract discussions with two players (Bukayo Saka and William Saliba), whose contributions have helped Arsenal team become a team to bear

With these two players under Arteta, the club is going the right way. Edu wants to tie down both players but has issues dealing with Saliba’s agent.

The French defender is set to enter the final 12 months of his contract. Arteta told the press that the board and Edu are working hard to make the contract extension successful.

Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan are monitoring the player’s contract situation and will bounce on any given opportunity to sign the French defender from Arsenal in the next transfer window.

The manager is also confident that Saka will sign a new deal, as he hopes Edu will agree to the English star’s demands and those of his family on the new deal.

Arsenal players seem to be happy and progressive; they see a successful future with their Spanish manager Arteta. Also, the club seems to be backing the manager with new players from the transfer window.
