Barcelona presidential aspirant, Victor Font, has given a transfer updates on the contract tussle between Lionel Messi and Barcelona. The football administrator said he would be a “very positive surprise” if the 33-year-old Argentina forward remains at the club this summer.
“It would be a surprise because it seems his decision is firm,” Victor Font said. “It would be a very positive surprise. But, as I’ve always said until it is done there is always hope, so let’s keep hoping this will be the case.”
