The Der Klassiker lit up in regular manner with Bayern Munich comfortably triumphing over Borussia Dortmund.
Thomas Tuchel’s side raced into a domineering 2-0 lead over the Black and Yellows in the opening 10 minutes, with goals from Dayot Upamecano, scoring in the 4th minute and Harry Kane scoring in the 9th minute.
Fans of Borussia Dortmund could only watch on in disgust, as their team produced a sorry performance against the defending champions of the Bundesliga.
They struggled to cope with the outstanding quality of the Bavarians, and they were ultimately whooped at the Signal Iduna Park.
The Bavarians took the lead early on against Borussia Dortmund
There were several chances that fell the way of Bayern Munich in the opening 45, and it resulted in two goals as aforementioned, with Dayot Upamecano converting a beautiful header off a well delivered cross from Leroy Sane.

The second half of action kicked-off, with Edin Terzic making 2 substitutions for Borussia Dortmund, substituting Marius Wolf for Niklas Sule.

Jamal Musiala could have gotten his name into the score sheet twice in the game, the 47th minute and 70th minute, but the goals were ruled out for offside.
Two minutes later, Harry Kane increased the lead for Bayern Munich, firing the ball into the far bottom corner, following a beautiful assist from Kingsley Coman.
In the 74th minute, Julian Ryersom became the second Borussia Dortmund player to get his name into the referee’s book.
He was booked for a foul on Alphonso Davies, who was trying to shield the ball and keep the possession with the Bavarians.
Several cards continue to fly in as Marcel Sabitizer also got his name taken down, for a reckless challenge on Jamal Musiala, as he tried to prevent Bayern Munich from progressing on a counter.
Both teams continued to go head-to-head, with Bayern Munich being the more confident of the two teams.
Sebastien Haller was sent into the fray by manager Edin Terzic, and he replaced Niklas Fullkrug in the 79th minute.
Korad Laimer was the only Bayern Munich player to be booked, as he stopped a great move from an advancing Karim Adeyemi.
The Black and Yellows had a beautiful chance in the 87th minute, with Sebastian Haller sending the ball from the far side to Felix Nmecha. Nmecha then set up Youssouffa Moukoko, who sent his effort over the bar for a close angle.

Bayern Munich were gifted a goal, when Niklas Sule made a costly mistake in defense, the substitute’s pass found youngster Aleksander Pavlovic, and he set up a hungry Harry Kane for the 4th goal in favour of Bayern Munich and his first Bundesliga hat-trick.
The Bavarians completely annihilated Borussia Dortmund at the Signal Iduna Park, and that victory has seen them stay 2nd in the Bundesliga with 26 points, 2 points behind Bayern Leverkusen, 28.
Borussia Dortmund also remain 4th in the Bundesliga table, with 21 points from 10 league matches.
Thomas Tuchel’s side welcome Galatasaray to the Allianz Arena, in their next encounter, which is a Matchday 4 Champions League fixture.
