Manchester United forward, Antony, is facing a career-ending allegations from his ex-girlfriend, Gabriela Cavallin.
Antony’s rag to riches story and dazzling career fortunes could be mangled with the scandalous report emanating from Brazil, his homeland.
According to reports from Brazil media outlets, Antony’s ex-lover, a celebrity DJ and influencer, Gabriela Cavallin, has filed a report with the Brazil Police on Monday for alleged assault, domestic violence and bodily harm by the Brazil international.
Brazil outlet, Globio Esporte, reports a file of evidents accessed by the media and handed over to the police by Gabriela contains detailed incidents of abuse and assault by Antony on Gabriela.
Gabriela claimed Antony had attacked her on four occasions since she started dating him with the most recent being a fatal assault she suffered from the hand of the Manchester United winger on 20th May this year.
In one of the incidents of the assault, she had to be attended to by Manchester United doctors as she sustained grave injuries and bodily harm.
According to Brazil media outlets, Gabriela Cavallin is specifically filing a case of ‘domestic violence, body injury and threat to life’ against Antony with photo and video evidence of the alleged assaults.
Gabriela has also included as evidence audio recordings of the threat words used by Antony on her.
Investigations into the allegations have begun with concerns the Brazil international may incurr a career-ending penalty if he is found guilty.
Manchester United are reportedly aware of the allegations but are yet to issue a statement as of the time of filing this report.
