Liverpool have agreed to pay Wolves £41 million for the transfer of Portuguese forward Diogo Jota who has scored 44 goals for Wolves in 131 appearances. The deal could rise to £45 million with add-ons.

The 23-year-old Portugal international is set to sign a five year deal with the reigning Premier League champions which would make him the second major signing of the club this summer after the arrival of Thiago Alcantara to Anfield.
