Juventus have announced the signing of United States of America International Timothy Weah from French side Lille.
Weah signed a 5-year deal with the Bianconeri, joining the club for a reported fee of €10.3 million.
The American failed to score during the 2022/23 season for Lille but he assisted the club to a 5th place finish in the Ligue 1.
Timothy Weah is pacy, intelligent, and versatile, he will be an important member of the Juventus attack who have lost some key players on the right side of play.
Juventus announced the signing of the 23-year-old with a video posted on their social media account. In the video, Weah expressed how happy he was to pen a deal with the Italian giants.
The winger said: “Ciao a tutti belli e brutti! It’s Tim. So happy to be with the Bianconeri and, you know, hopefully see you guys soon.
“Hopefully I can perform for you guys and you know, we win titles together. Love you, see you!”
