The UEFA Champions League Round of 16 and Europa League Playoff Draws have been released, with exciting and mouth-watery clash expected.
UEFA Champions League Round of 16 Draws
All the teams that have qualified from the group stages have now seen their respective opponent as the next round of the competition kicks off next year.
Real Madrid will begin the title defense against the team they met in the final of last year. It will be an interesting challenge as Liverpool hopes to avenge their loss to the La Liga giants.
Another Premier League representative, Chelsea, will be looking for a third Champions League trophy when they take on Borussia Dortmund, with the first-leg to take place at the Signal Iduna Park.
All four Premier League representatives made it to the Round of 16 of the Champions League this year, with Tottenham being the last team to join Manchester City, Liverpool, and Chelsea.
This is in contrast to Spanish clubs, who have only one representative left in the competition – Real Madrid.
Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, and Sevilla were all bundled out, with Atletico Madrid finishing bottom of their group and leaving all UEFA tournaments this year.
Italy have two representatives – AC Milan and Napoli, who made it to the next round, while Juventus crashed out of the competition, dropping to the Europa League.
Eintracht Frankfurt, and Borussia Dortmund are the three Bundesliga teams in the Round of 16, with Bayer Leverkusen crashing out to the Europa League.
Paris Saint-Germain is the only representative from France that have made it to the next round.

Round of 16 Kickoff
The round of 16 UEFA Champions League games will commence from February and will be done by March 2023.
The first leg fixtures of the round of 16 will happen on February 14-15 and 21-22.
While the second legs are scheduled for March 7-8 and 14-15. Afterward, eight teams will make it into the next round of the competition.
Europa League Playoff Draw
All the second-placed teams in the just completed Europa League Group stage and the third-placed teams in the UEFA Champions League Group stage have now known their respective opponents in the knockout stage of the Europa League.
Top in the fixtures is Manchester United’s clash against Barcelona, while record winners and six times champion Sevilla will take on PSV Eindhoven.

When is the Europa League knockout stage?
The playoff is scheduled to take place on the 16th and 23rd of February, 2023, while the Round of 16 fixtures will take place on 9 & 16 March 2023
Quarter-finals is on the 13th and 20th of April 2023. While the semi-finals will be held on the 11th, and 18th of May, 2023.
The final is on the 31st of May, 2023.
