Former Real Madrid defender Marcelo has expressed his support for his friend Cristiano Ronaldo on his situation at Manchester United.
Marcelo commented that he is always with Ronaldo and is ready to give him all his support. He also went ahead to say that football always loves him just the way he does.
Ronaldo ignored Erik Ten Hag’s directives as he failed to come on against Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.
The Manchester United board took action against the player, and he was fined two weeks’ wages.
The manager, Erik Ten Hag, who also wants to be in command as the manager, dropped him for the Chelsea match on October 22, 2022.
In order to stay in shape, Ronaldo is currently being compelled to participate in the U-21 training, and Erik Ten Hag is already thinking about using him for Manchester United’s upcoming Europa League encounter against Sheriff Tiraspol on October 27, 2022.
Ronaldo left the stadium without telling anyone after becoming enraged with the manager. That was the second time Ronaldo took such an action. He first made such an action when Manchester United played Rayo Vallecano during last preseason.
After being replaced, Ronaldo, Bruno Fernandez, Jadon Sancho, and Marcus Rashford all left the stadium without telling the manager.
The manager had warned them against doing so, but Ronaldo went on to repeat such a move during United’s 2-0 win against Tottenham on Wednesday, and he is now suffering the consequences.
While he was at Juventus, Ronaldo also fled the field while his teammates were on the field competing.
A variety of people with varying viewpoints are endorsing Ronaldo’s actions, arguing that he is greater than the club and that Erik Ten Hag is unprepared to handle a big-name player.
A few supporters supported Ten Hag’s choice and urged Manchester United to rip up his contract and oust him from the team in January.
Ronaldo expressed his thoughts regarding the incident on his Instagram page, but he did not offer an apology for his behavior.
