Wout Weghorst sat in the crowd to witness the Red Devils beat City rivals Manchester City in a controversial Manchester Derby.
The 30-year-old player joined United on Friday on a temporary basis through the end of the current campaign, but not in time to take part in the Manchester Derby.
The Dutchman decided to watch the game in the stands as a result.
His partner Nikki van Esch and their three kids were also there.
Cameras captured Weghorst sitting with two of his children on his lap.
Burnley had lent the striker to Besiktas, but United terminated the loan by paying £2.5 million in damages to the Turkish team.
Additionally, Burnley is expected to collect £2.6 million for sending the forward on loan.
Weghorst’s wages will be paid by United during his stay with the team; a buy-out option or commitment is not a part of the agreement.
In 18 appearances for Besiktas during the first half of the season, Weghorst scored nine goals.
On Wednesday night, when Erik ten Hag’s team travels to Crystal Palace, he might make his United debut.

Wout François Maria Weghorst, a Dutch professional football player who now plays for both the Netherlands national team and Premier League club Manchester United on loan from EFL Championship club Burnley, was born on August 7, 1992.
With Emmen, Weghorst began playing professionally in the second division of Dutch football.
Prior to joining VfL Wolfsburg in 2018, he had previously played for Heracles Almelo and AZ in the Eredivisie.
He was acquired by Burnley in January 2022 for a sum of £12 million after scoring 70 goals in 144 games for Wolfsburg.
Weghorst was loaned to Turkish Süper Lig club Beşiktaş after the club was demoted.
