Will Kai Rooney flourish at Manchester United?
Kai is Rooney’s oldest son. The former England striker has four children with his wife, Coleen Rooney.
38-year-old is witnessing history as he is doing well with Championship club Derby Country after taking over the role of the coach on interim basis after the sack of Phillip Cocu.
Rooney became a legend at Manchester United after joining the club as a teenager from Everton in 2004.
His glittering Man United career which spanned 13 years, saw him score 253 goals in 559 appearances, breaking Bobby Charlton’s long-standing goals record in January 2017.
Also reacting to the development via her Instagram page, Coleen Rooney, wrote: “Special night….. congratulations Kai. I love you and I am so proud of you. Keep trying your best”.
Now that Kai has taken the footstep of his father, he is expected to be given the neccessary encouragement and motivation to fulfill all expectatiuons.
He is going to be wearing the number ten jersey like his father for Man United under 11 as he begins to progress in his career.
