Chelsea want a swap deal for Napoli forward and Nigeria international, Victor Osimhen. According to Teamtalk, the Blues are ready to offer Romelu Lukaku and Casadei Cesare to the Serie A club for Osimhen.
The move could be a win-win situation for both Chelsea and Lukaku who was open to joining the Serie A club to reunite with his former manager at Juventus, Antonio Conte.
