The 30th season of the Premier League is around the corner and clubs in the league have been busy releasing their new kits ahead of the season.
Recall that the Premier League had announced that the 2021-2022 season will commence on August 14, 2021, and end on May 22, 2022.
Even before the last game of the 2020-2021 season, some clubs in the Premier League have started releasing their new kits for the forthcoming campaign.
Some of the clubs even used the new kits to play their last game of the outgoing season while some just flaunted theirs on social media.
A club like Chelsea might decide to flaunt their jersey in the final of the UEFA Champions League on Saturday, May 29 against Manchester City.
Below are the top new kits for the 2021-2022 Premier League season:
- Everton FC
Everton football club released their home kit before the last Premier League game of the 2020-2021 season and it wowed a lot of people. In the forthcoming 2021-2022 season, you will see Everton players in a new kit manufactured by Danish sportswear manufacturing company, Hummel.
- Liverpool FC
Liverpool football club released their home kit in May and Nike, an American sportswear-making company did not disappoint in giving football fans simple but a classic design. The new kit comes with slight diagonal lines and orangey-red trim.
- Arsenal FC
Arsenal football club has also joined the show of clubs that have released their new kits ahead of the 2021-2022 season. Adidas decided to give the Gunners’ away kit a retro design in all ramifications, even the logo was not left out.
- Tottenham Hotspur
Tottenham Hotspur decided to release a classical all-white home kit that comes in a very simple design. Just like what other sportswear manufacturing companies tried to do with the new kits that will be used in the 2021-2022 season, Nike decided to give Tottenham a retro design too.
- Southampton
Hummel also landed a deal with Southampton just like they did with Everton and the Danish company did not disappoint. The company gave Southampton their usual red and white stripes for their home kit for the 2021-2022 season.
- Brighton
Like other clubs, Brighton also decided to return to their old design which is a classic and a delight for the fans of the club. Nike gave them white and blue stripes with a touch of yellow stripes for their 2021-2022 home kit.
- Chelsea
Just as mentioned earlier, Chelsea might decide to flaunt their new kit on May 29 against Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League final. In their new home kit, Nike decided to make a blue jersey with a lot of patterns and with a touch of yellow.
- Leicester City
Leicester City home kit came in pure blue with a touch of white. Though the colors are more or less the club’s traditional colors, some critics of the design from Adidas believe the sponsor’s longer in front of the jersey was unnecessarily too big.
