Meanwhile, during the UEFA Nations League, a few players suffered horrible injuries, which will be detrimental to their participation in the League matches that resume this weekend.

Paris Saint-Germain star Warren Zaire was withdrawn from the France national team before the match against Belgium in the UEFA Nations League.
He suffered a calf injury, and it is uncertain whether the attacker will play for the Paris Saint-Germain side against Brest this weekend.
2. Riccardo Calafiori
The former Bologna defender, who currently plays for Arsenal, could not play a 90-minute match against France in the UEFA Nations League opener for the Italy national team.
He was substituted in the second half of the game after French winger Ousmane Dembele landed on the defender’s leg.
The extent of the injury has not been determined, but he is currently in London with his club’s team doctors.
3. Martin Odegaard Suffers Ankle Injury in UEFA Nations League
Arsenal midfielder Odegaard will miss the Gunners encounter against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday, September 15, 2024.
The Arsenal captain suffered an injury during his international duty with the Norway national team.
He was taken off in the second half during Norway’s 2-1 win against Austria in the UEFA Nations League.
The extent of the injury has been revealed by a Norwegian doctor. The doctor said Odegaard will only be out for a duration of three weeks.
This means he will miss the Arsenal games against Tottenham Hotspur, Atlanta United, and Manchester City.
4. Nathan Ake
The Manchester City defender, Ake, suffered a nasty injury in the UEFA Nations Cup against Germany.
He was taken off the pitch with a stretcher. The Manchester City defender started the match against Germany but was substituted for Jurrien Timber in the second half of the game.
