Several youngsters made the list including the trio of Pau Cubarsi, Fermin Lopez, and Yamal Lamine.
Premier League and Chelsea in-form left-back Marc Cucurella makes the list after an impressive season with the Blues.

Major Exclusions from Spain 2024 Euros provisional squad
Leading the list of major names dropped out of the squad is PSG forward Marco Asensio. Asensio has enjoyed a fairly debut season with PSG, making 19 league appearances with 5 goals and 4 assists – a stat apparently not enough to win the favor of de La Fuente.
Tottenham Hotspur player Pedro Porro is also out of the squad, including Ferran Torres.
