A footage has shown Ex Argentina international Sergio Aguero in a heated exchange with Wout Weghorst after their World Cup loss and exit.
On-pitch and off-pitch dramas earmarked the heated World Cup quarterfinal clash between Argentina and Netherlands as both teams struggled for a place in the last four.

After the match, a viral footage has shown Aguero clashing with Wout Weghorst in the tunnel. The duo were seen in a heated confrontation.
In the clip, Wout Weghorts is seen standing in the tunnel and seemingly waiting for a teammate. Aguero then burst into the tunnel and shouted, ‘Shut up!’
Shocked and taken aback by Aguero’s action, Weghorst quickly returned with a bark directed at the former Barcelona player.
The two nearly engaged each other in a bitter duel, before Manchester United center-back Lisandro Martínez and Inter Milan forward Lautaro Martinez waded in and disperse the two.
Aguero later claimed the shout was not intended to intimidate Wout Weghorst, but was directed on an Argentine who he wanted to greet.
Even after the clash in the tunnel, Aguero refused to leave the result alone and took to social media to post a string of Tweets mocking Holland after their defeat.
Aguero used the victory over the Dutch aim cheeky digs at Wout Weghorst and Netherlands after the incident. He took to his social media handle to write, ‘Go play fifa.’
Argentina will meet Croatia in the semifinals of the tournament after the latter knocked out Brazil via a penalty shootout.
