Gianluigi Donnarumma refused to sign a new contract with AC Milan and became a free agent. As a result, he was able to negotiate a deal with PSG and will earn a lot of money as a free agent.

According to people familiar with the matter, Gianluigi Donnarumma, 22, signed a five-year deal with Paris Saint-Germain and will play alongside Neymar and Mbappe in the Ligue 1 league.

“Paris Saint-Germain is delighted to announce that #GianluigiDonnarumma has joined the club. The Italian goalkeeper has signed a five-year contract until 30 June 2026.” – PSG’s statement reads.

At AC Millan Gianluigi Donnarumma was earning £195,000 per week, and £10,140,000 per year. Now as a free agent, his salary has doubled.
