Paul Pogba could return to Juventus this summer as the Italian side are said to be very determined to offer the 29-year-old Frenchman a three-year deal.

Note that Manchester United have confirmed the exit of the Frenchman which means that from July 1, 2022, Pogba could be without a club if he fails to seal a deal with another club before then.

Recall that the 29-year-old French midfielder first joined Manchester United on July 1, 2009. Then as a player for the club’s under-18 team before he was promoted to the club’s reserve team on July 1, 2011.

Unfortunately, Paul Pogba couldn’t break into Manchester United’s senior team until his contract expired. That gave him the opportunity of moving to Juventus on a free transfer on August 3, 2012.

While at Juventus, Pogba developed into one of the best midfielders in the world. He performed so well that Manchester United were ready to do anything to bring him back to Old Trafford. Hence, the Italian club collected a then world-record transfer fee of €105 million from United for the services of the Frenchman on August 9, 2016.

Unfortunately, Pogba could not give as much as United expected but that didn’t stop the club from trying to keep him at the club a bit longer.

However, Manchester United fans had already given up on him because of his drastic drop in form and incessant injury woes.

Amid that, when Pogba’s contract was about to expire, the Frenchman demanded to be paid close to £500,000 per week before he could sign a new deal. But that only succeeded in prolonging the relations between him and the club until it collapsed beyond repairs.
