Mother’s Day is recognized and celebrated on different dates across the world which often falls in March and May every year. That of the United Kingdom took place on March 14.
In his little way of celebrating the most powerful women in his life, Paul Pogba shared a picture showing when he hugged his mother. The French international did not only hug his mother, he planted a kiss on her forehead.
In a second picture, the 28-year-old midfielder shared, Pogba could be seen standing behind his wife who was seated at a dining table. The Manchester United star planted a kiss on her forehead from behind.
In the caption of the pictures, Paul Pogba urged his Instagram followers to spend time with their mothers, embrace their love, and remember them.
He wrote: “Today is a day to remember all of the mothers. The mothers that are here with us today and mothers that can no longer celebrate. Enjoy the precious moments with the people that gave you life, laugh with them, hug them, spend time with them because you only have one.”

Before now, Paul Pogba has never missed the opportunity of celebrating his mother and telling the world how impactful she has been in his football career.
Recall that Pogba left United in 2012 to join Juventus. After spending about four years at the Italian Serie A club, the 28-year-old midfielder returned to United in a whopping €105 million transfer deal.
Years after the deal, Paul Pogba revealed that his mother always knew that he would return to Manchester United to continue his football career.
As for his wife, Zulay, she has been at the epicenter of Pogba’s activities on Instagram. The footballer is never shy away from flaunting her on social media. She and the footballer are proud parents of a two-year-old son Labile Shakur.
Meanwhile, Paul Pogba turned 28-year-old on Monday, March 15, 2021. The Manchester United star took to his Instagram account to share a picture of himself and his wife to mark the anniversary.
In the caption of the picture, the France international wrote: “Happy anniversary to my half, my Queen Mrs. Pogba”.
