Nottingham Forest defeated Liverpool at Anfield for the first time in 55 years ending Arne Slot’s unbeaten record in the 2024-25 Premier League season.

The last time Nottingham Forest secured a win against Liverpool at Anfield was in 1969.

Former Chelsea attacker, Callum Hudson Odoi, scored for Forest in the second half of the game.

Forest winger Anthony Elanga, who saw the run of Hudson Odoi, put the ball into his path.

Hudson Odoi cut the ball from the left to the right and excellently hit the ball into the bottom corner as Allison watched the English star’s attempt go into the net.

The Liverpool side dominated the game with excellent shots on goal from Luis Diaz and Mohamed Salah in the first half.

Forest goalkeeper Matz Sels was forced into a countless saves in both half of the match.

The Liverpool team were not able to break down the relentless Forest.

Nottingham Forest, on the other hand, are in the fourth place of the Premier League table after securing three points against one of the title favorites, Liverpool.
