The Nigeria National and Barcelona player suffered a knee injury during a 4 – 0 win over Hoffenheim last month. At that time, she described her injury as a “tough pill to swallow” but now she’s smiling again.
Asisat has been idle since her knee injury last month, she stayed away from social media and from the public until recently when she shared a new picture and captioned it “Smiling through it all”.
“This one hit me so hard, it’s a tough pill for me to swallow. I can’t lie,” Oshoala wrote on social media.
Asisat Oshoala is back on her feet and hoping to return back to the pitch very soon.
“Thank you for the messages, I will be back soon and even better.” Oshoala wrote when she first got injured. It appears that she is getting better and but she’s still walking with a knee brace.
