Brentford had something good going for them today as they faced Arsenal in their community stadium and beat Arsenal in front of the home fans. Arsenal was the favorite, they are the bigger club and they were expected to win the match. However, the London club looks lost and out of place. Mikel Arteta couldn’t get them going and they lost 2 – 0.
Brentford’s Sergi Canos scored the first goal for Brentford making it their first premier league goal. The second goal of the match was scored by Christian Norgaard from a long throw that bounced twice in Arsenal’s box before Norgaard got to it.
This loss is a big disaster for Mikel Arteta and the Arsenal football club. If Arsenal cannot beat Brentford then they will have a big issue when they face Chelsea and Manchester City.
