Brighton & Hove Albion coach Graham Potter may have to confront Neal Maupay about his character due to his recent unprofessional behaviors. First, Maunpay missed a penalty, then he walked away from the field forcing his team to play with 10 men before they were able to substitute him.
Second, Maupay is known to have an attitude problem and he’s been punished a few times already this season, yet this behavior continues.
Neal Maupay’s attitude problem during Liverpool v Brighton EPL match
Neal Maupay acted like he was injured in today’s match v Liverpool; although he didn’t make any contact with anyone before acting like his leg was hurting. He took himself out of the game and headed straight to the tunnel.

Also, he refused to allow Brighton’s medical team to assess him before he walked off the pitch into the tunnel. It was quite a scene as Brighton coach Graham Potter was confused about how Maupay was acting.
The 24-year-old French center-forward behaved very unprofessionally and he could have cost his team today’s game v Liverpool.
Neal Maupay is the first player to miss a penalty and be subbed off before half time in the same game since Dennis Bergkamp against Derby in April 1998.
Maupay becomes the third Premier League player to miss the target altogether (inc. woodwork) from the penalty spot this season
