Maximo Perrone has taken to his social media handle to celebrate his lover Delfina Simone’s birthday. In a cheeky post, the Manchester City and Argentina youth player shared a loved-up moment with Delfina and wrote, “Happy Birthday my love,” adding a red heart emoji.
The post happens to be the first time the pair have been spotted on social media. Not much is known about Delfina Simone. She runs a private social media account with about 12k followers.
However, some unverified reports claim she hails from Bueno Aires as his lover Perrone where they must have met. The pair must have begun their dating journey recently with Perrone now engrossed in his nascent football career.

Maximo Perrone is an Argentine footballer playing for Premier League Club Manchester City. The Bueno Aires-born soccer star plays as a defender. Perrone was thrust into the limelight after he joined Manchester City in 2023 from Velez Sarsfield.

Maxim Perrone began his career journey in football at the tender age of 6, playing for Velez Sarsfield Youth. He spent 13 years in Velez Sarsfield Academy before being promoted to the club’s first team in 2022. Gearing up for a full-blown professional football career after signing his first professional contract, Perrone made his first team debut on March 6, 2022.
Two months later on May 18, 2022, the promising stopper would score his first professional goal in a Copa Libertadores match against Nacional. He went ahead and made 15 league appearances for the club, scoring 2 goals.
