Manchester United may see their bid for England captain Harry Kane crumble after Tottenham’s chief Daniel Levy reportedly made a vow over his transfer policy.

Kane committing his future to Spurs seems unreal as the Tottenham striker is yet to win any silverware and the biggest chance to achieve this is joining a winning club like Manchester City or Manchester United in English football.

However, following the club’s chairman’s comment over his transfer, Spurs are unwilling to let go of their greatest asset.

Meanwhile, Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy revealed he is not willing to sell to any Manchester club ever again.

He made this statement by saying he regretted his past transactions with Premier League giant, Manchester City.

Tottenham sold Kyle Walker to Manchester City for £45m back in 2017 but the Premier League’s longest-serving chairman, Daniel Levy is regretting the deal.

    Kyle Walker

Kyle has been one of the best right-backs in the world following his transfer to Guardiola’s City and selling Kane, who is Spur’s greatest asset to Manchester United would be a wrong move that could render Tottenham vulnerable.

But the Mail report that Levy has “never forgiven himself” over Kyle’s sale and has “vowed” to not make the same mistake again.

This could pose a serious issue for Manchester United given their hot pursuit of the England star Kane.

Ten Hag’s desperate need for a forward is expected to usher in the 29-year-old goal machine but the deal now seems impossible.

United could face an unexpected challenge to convince the Spurs chairman Levy to sell the Tottenham striker.

Harry Kane’s contract with Tottenham will expire at the end of next season and the club will be very aware that this is the right time to make a good fortune on his sale.

Levy is well known for being a tough deal negotiator and it is believed he will seek around £100 million for Kane’s sale.

Speculation continues to surround Kane’s future at Tottenham and his trophy drought in the club yet again this season could force him out.

And if the England skipper is to join another club in pursuit of silverware, it is believed that it could be this summer.

Kane has featured in 37 matches across all competitions for Tottenham this season and he’s managed to score 22 goals with 2 assists.

What next for Harry Kane and Tottenham?

Tottenham ccurrently occupy the fourth position in the Premier League table with 49 points.

With Newcastle United’s quest to overtake Spurs and finish among the top four, Tottenham will have to defeat Everton and extend their points when they travel to Goodison Park on Monday, April 3rd.

And Harry Kane is expected to continue with his spectacular feat exhibited during the 2024 Euro qualifiers and get the job done for Spurs.

Kickoff time for Everton vs Tottenham is 8pm.
