Manchester United have found some form under Erik ten Hag and will be eager to extend that into Sunday’s Premier League match against West Ham (4.15pm kick-off, UK time).

Manchester United v West Ham: Team News, Probable Lineup, Prediction

Ten Hag has woken up the dormant giant of English football after a shaky start to the 2022-2023 season.

Interestingly, The Red Devils are going into matchup after enjoying three successive victories in the league. Man United appear to be moving in the right direction after beating Spurs and drawing with Chelsea and Newcastle.

With 12 of their 38 league games played thus far, West Ham have mostly played the pretense game this season.

However, David Moyes is an accomplished head coach, and his team recently defeated Bournemouth 2-0, lifting them into the top half of the standings.

In 69 Premier League away games against Man United, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Chelsea, Moyes has a dismal record against the so-called “Big Four” of the division; but, he will be desperate to reverse that bad trend on Sunday.

Manchester United v West Ham: Team News

On Sunday’s Premier League TV schedule, West Ham United will head to the North West in search of a rare away victory at Manchester United.

With the exception of last year’s Carabao Cup success, West Ham hasn’t had much luck at Old Trafford lately. Indeed, their most recent league victory at the storied stadium was in May 2007.

However, the Hammers are heading north after three victories in their previous five Premier League games, including Sunday’s 2-0 success over Bournemouth.

Some may claim that David Moyes’ team was fortunate to leave that game with all three points, but the Scottish coach may argue that they did enough to win the game.

Man United were unable to accomplish that on Saturday at Stamford Bridge, but the manner of their equalizer—a 94th-minute header from summer acquisition Casemiro—and the dominance they displayed against Chelsea for significant stretches will likely mean they left the nation’s capital with a positive attitude.

The Red Devils seem to be playing more in line with how Erik ten Hag wants them to, but if they want to remain up in the battle for the top four, they must become more proficient.

Manchester United v West Ham: Team News, Probable Lineup, Prediction

Man Utd v West Ham will take place by 4:15pm, on Sunday 30th October 2022.

    Probable Line Up

Man Utd Probable Lineup: De Gea; Dalot, Lindelof, Martinez, Shaw; Eriksen, Casemiro; Sancho, Fernandes, Antony; Rashford

West Ham Probable Lineup: Fabianski; Johnson, Zouma, Kehrer, Cresswell; Soucek, Rice; Bowen, Downes, Benrahma; Scamacca

    Prediction

Man United have been made for a laughing stock over the previous few years, but with recent results, they are a team to be considered seriously under Ten Hag.

The Dutchman will seek to end West Ham’s 15-year league winless streak at the stadium in order to restore the terror factor to Old Trafford.

The Red Devils have had little trouble keeping games under control over the past week, which is impressive considering both Chelsea and Tottenham were their opponents. However, they still need to be more decisive.

If the Hammers want to break their Old Trafford losing streak, they must step up their game after riding luck against Bournemouth.

We predict Man Utd to defeat West Ham 2-1.
