Manchester United hired Ralf Rangnick from the Russian club Lokomotiv Moscow where he has been working as head of sports and development but he didn’t have a visa to enter or work in England at the time of his appointment.

The visa issue means that Rangnick’s resumption date at Old Trafford is pushed back. Finally, Ralf Rangnick has been issued a visa and he will resume work very soon, but he wont be in charge of the Arsenal v Manchester United clash that will take place today.

Arsenal will take on Manchester United at Old Trafford today, and Michael Carrick will lead the Red Devils against Mikel Arteta’s side. Carrick benched Cristiano Ronaldo when the club faced Chelsea and he might do it again today.

Ralf Rangnick, 63, is in Manchester United but he is unable to work or receive salary due to his working visa status until today. He toured the staduim on Wednesday with Manchester United football director John Murtough.  Ralf is expected to be in the stands today when Manchester United take on Arsenal at Old Trafford.
